Simplicity, Elegance, and Collaboration: Seoul’s Louis Vuitton Store

Smaller areas provide welcoming nooks for shoppers to linger in, each comprising a distinct yet connected experience.

Open spaces are artfully littered with sculptures, furniture, and plants, offsetting the stone walls with warmth and comfort. Floating staircases form paths between menswear in the basement, womenswear on the first floor, and private spaces with enclosed terraces on the second, upholding the elegance of each level in the spaces between. As customers make their way through the store, they are surrounded by art, light, and perfectly balanced colour, with Marino’s interior crafting an intimate shopping experience with elegance.

Seoul’s Louis Vuitton store is a testament to craftmanship and collaboration, exhibiting the exceptional potential found in a talented partnership. The simplicity of Gehry’s billowing sails flows beautifully throughout Marino’s store interior, comprising a cohesive narrative executed in skilful tandem. We at Casper & Casper admire the balance struck between interior and exterior, and we hope to see similarly successful collaborations in the future.
